How BUZ picks an Installer

Once a quote is accepted/processed it goes through Option 1

1. Check Installer for that area
   1. Check Is a pickup location ? Does deliveries or is a courier ?
   2. If by Suburb
      1. Check who the installer is by Suburb, Post Code and State
   3. If by Post Code (This was developed for the UK but can be used by anyone. For the UK it splits the post code into 2 with the space to use only the first part of the post code to lookup)
      1. Check who the installer is by Post Code only
   4. Check Skills
   Note: if you are setup by post code and if the postcode is on 2 different Areas (Runs) it will select the Installer allocated to the area with the lowest Seq number first

If Option 1 returns "Null" BUZ will proceed to Option 2

1. Check the branches default installer

a. Check Skills

2. Check the installers associated to the branch

a. Check Skills

3. Check all installers

a.Check Skills

 4. Check all installers (forgetting about branch/Is a pickup location ? Does deliveries or is a courier ?)

 a.Check skills

If both options 1 & 2 return "Null" BUZ will select the first current installer sorted by sequence number and code

Important Notes

All Fields in your suburb setup need to be filled in including the State for BUZ to allocated the correct rep/installer.

BUZ will default the orders to an Installer/Rep by the post code unless "suburb" is selected in organizational settings.
