Show outstanding Quote Graph - show or hide the following graphs
Note: This graph will look different if you are a Sales Rep or Customer User, you will only be able to see quotes that you have created

If you want to clean up your profile and you don't plan on adding leads, you can toggle this to remove
Quoting and Ordering - Access -
Toggle access to be able to place and view orders in BUZ
Quick Quote -
Quick quote allows you to add a product to the cart without filling in the mandatory fields.
If you select the "Quick Quote" box, you will only need to complete the Material and height/width questions.
Before accepting the order, you will need to un-select a quick quote and answer all mandatory fields to proceed with the order.

Discount approval (Admin Only)
Allow users to approve quotes and orders that have a discount greater than the allocated amount set in the Product Group
Over Credit Limit Approval Days Credit Setting Customer credit limits
Allow users to approve quotes and orders where the customer has exceeded their allocated credit limit.
Under Min Deposit Approval, I want to add a Minimum Deposit
Allow users to approve quotes and orders where the customer has not met the minimum deposit amount set in the Customer Group.
View CostsCost Grids
Allow admin users to see the cost column for orders and quotes.
Invoicing
Access - Invoicing
Deactivating this access will remove the user's ability to invoice an order
The user will not have access to the invoicing area either.
Able to Un-Invoice Invoices
Orders that have been invoiced cannot be un-invoiced by this user.
Create / Apply Credit Notes
Users will not be able to apply a credit note to an order.
Banking
Access Banking
Toggle access to receive bulk money and allocate to multiple orders, create deposit slips and send bulk statements.
Purchase Orders
If you do not use this function in BUZ you could clean up the profile by removing access to this, you can alway add it later.

It is possible to restrict access to contacts and suupliers, most production staff do not need to see contact cards so to further your securtiy measures you could restrict the access.

Settings
Settings are one of the most important permissions to give or restrict. This is where users can add inventory, Products, Pricing, they can add or modify sales reps and installers, email and document templates, change discount structures and other financial settings.
It is recommended that Users that have access to this area should have Multifactor Authentication Activated so that hackers do not use this profile to gain access to your business
