Features of the Dashboard

Noticeboard

The left of the Dashboard can display key information to inform the sales force be that customer or sales representatives.

Administrators will see edit to the top right of this area click on the word to edit the Noticeboard text.

To edit this area you need to have access to the settings area and then you will have an "edit button available.

Sales KPIs

On the right can be seen graphs of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that relate to the entity logged on and the type of user.

For an administrator this is for the entity as a whole, for a sales rep it's the individual's KPI's.

Graph 2.  Installed figures (Completed orders) or Sales figures (Accepted quotes) - This can be changed in organizational settings go to Settings → Organizational details → Scroll down to Settings 

Quick Start Buttons

From here a:

  • + New Lead can be added.
  • + New Sale can be commenced for an existing customer.
  • Sales Rep's Calendar can be opened.
  • Pending quotes reviewed by clicking on the words Pending Quotes
  • your email address will take you to My Profile
  • My BUZ to change Organisations or edit your My Profile
  • Help drops down 2 options:
    • Help Centre which opens this document on another browser tab.
    • Contact Support to send a message to the BUZ Team.
