Invitation sent but not prompted for a password

Issue - A new Customer received invitation to join my organisation but was not prompted for a password

If a customer has used BUZ in the past, (it may be an old customer or possibly they used BUZ to access another organisation that also use BUZ) they will have already set up a password.

When you invite them to access your organisation they wont be prompted to setup a password.

The problem is that they may have forgotten their password, if so simply click the “Forgotten your Password" link. The customer will received an email with a link which will provide them the opportunity to make a password.
