Sales Discount Groups are essentially groups of customers. While there's more to it, for the purpose of this setup, think of them as Customers or Groups of Customers.
Planning Your Sales Customer Groups
Planning this step can feel complex because there are many ways to structure your discounts. The right setup depends on your business needs. Below, I’ll provide some examples to inspire your approach, but feel free to adapt them to suit your situation.
Before starting this step, make sure you’ve already completed these prerequisites:
Uploaded Product Groups.
Uploaded your Inventory.
Uploaded Customers, and optionally, Customer Groups.
To get started, download the template from BUZ here.
This will provide you with the Excel Import / Export file

Column B - Customer Discount Code - input a 4-6 Character Code - Codes must only contain non-alphanumeric characters, Letters and Numbers only

Tiered Discounts:
Platinum: 50%
Gold: 20%
Silver: 10%
Bronze: 5%
Alternatively, you can create a unique discount for each individual customer if you negotiate different percentages.
