Go back and try again - see if you get the error again
See if anyone else in the office is getting the error
Clear cookies and cache
Try a different Internet Browser,
Key in your user name and password, do not use saved or autofill data
Check if anyone is able to log in with a different user name and password
Try a different internet browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Brave, and if you really have to Microsoft Edge😣

Try using a “guest account” or an “incognito window”
Try accessing BUZ on your mobile device (make sure it is not connected to the Wifi)

Is the user active? Try deactivating and reactivating them: Deactive and Re-Activate a User

Incorrect login URL (web address). The login URL should be https://login.buzmanager.com . If it is a saved bookmark/favourite, then you may have to delete the bookmark/favourite and add it again
Reset everything,
Start with closing all the browsers
Restart the computer (unlikely to change anything but might fix something)
Restart the Wifi (Router and Modem)
Click the “Forgotten password” linkTry resetting your password.
