Tracking Lead Time | This is the minimum number of days before production can commence to allow for ordering of fabric & components. So even if there is no production nothing will be scheduled on this Job Tracking Line until on or after the Lead Time. Enter 0 (zero) for immediate start. |
Days to complete | Arrive in Factory - Finished production (Includes public holidays) |
Production capacity | For each day of the week the number of minutes production that can be carried out on the day. 480 minutes = 8 hours x 60 minutes This is so that different products can be manufactured on the same Production Line e.g. Roller Blinds and Romans. If number of units is the preferred count then set Capacity to the number of units and in the Inventory Group set Production Standard Time to 1 (one). |
