- Select “+ New Lead”
- Type in the address and details
- Select “NEXT” and you will be prompted to select an existing Customer if there is one with any of the same Address or Details
- Select “NEXT”
- Fill in the Products they are interested in and the Product Survey
- Select “NEXT”
- Now you can choose a Rep, Date, Start and Finish Time and add any notes about the Quote IE: We are the second company to Quote
- Select “NEXT”
- You will be taken to the Summary page where you can “Schedule and Start a new Quote” or “Schedule and Start a New Lead”
