  1. Click on Sales

  2. Click Banking

  3. In the Banking screen, click Send Statements

  1. Change the dropdown to Outstanding

  2. Enter the date (this will show outstanding balances up to the date, if orders were processed after the entered date, they will not appear in the statement)

  3. Enter the customer’s name (if needed)

  4. Enter a balance greater than to search or leave it as 0 to search for all balances over $0

  5. Check this box if you’d like to see the invoices on the screen

  6. Click Display

  7. Select the record

  8. You can either email or print the statement
