BUZ has the ability to send automatic emails for an order when the Order, Job tracking and Dispatch Status are changed.
Automatic (status) change emails can be sent to your customers using different email templates based on your customer groups. To send automatic emails when an order is Accepted, set up BUZ as per the below steps.
This automatic email will be sent when the ACCEPT green button is hit as an order is being placed in BUZ even if the order requires a Check Measure to be completed or the order to be approved.
