At BUZ we now how important it can be to have data easily accessible to help manage your jobs, advertising and see how your business is performing. For this, we created an OData link to help export your data into Excel and PowerBi.
You can use PowerBi to help visualize your data and easily view your total yearly sales, compare your sales to your targets and previous year sales, see your top selling items and much more.

We’ve created a simple template for our clients to use. Let us know what you like about it, what works and what doesn’t and what you’d like to see in future edits
How to use this template:
1. Download both the PowerBi Sales template and Targets Excel sheet and save it somewhere easy to remember, preferably in both in the same folder.
2. Open the PowerBi Template file, let it load & close any errors or warning that may appear
3. Click on Transform Data
4. Next click on Data Source Settings
5. Click on the Excel file list to select it, click on change source then use the browse function to locate the Targets file, click OK
6. Click on the next line to select it, click on change source, delete BUZ from the end of the URL and replace it with your organisation code. (This can be found on the top right side in the Reports area of BUZ)
7. Click OK and close.
8. Next click on Close and Apply
