Features of the Dashboard

Noticeboard

The left of the Dashboard can display key information to inform the sales force be that customer or sales representatives.

Administrators will see edit to the top right of this area click on the word to edit the Noticeboard text.

Sales KPIs

On the right can be seen graphs of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that relate to the entity logged on and the type of user. For an administrator this is for the entity as a whole, for a sales rep it's the individual's KPI's.

Quick Start Buttons

From here a:

  • New Lead can be added.
  • New Sale can be commenced
  • Sales Rep's calendar can be opened
  • Pending quotes reviewed by clicking on the words Pending Quotes
