The options for this report are:

| Date Range | From and To dates |
| Sales Rep | Select Reps to be included in report |
| Group by Sales Rep | If "No" all orders will be listed continuously, If "Yes" orders will be split 1 Rep per page |
| Order Types | Select Order Types to be included in your report, Orders refers to BOD orders. Reworks/Remake refers to orders resulted in a Rework/Remake |
| Order Status | Select Order Statuses to be included in report e.g. For Accepted Orders exclude Declined, Cancelled and possibly orders that are awaiting approval. |
| Use Which Date | Filter orders in the date range you require using the Quoted, Accepted or Invoiced date |
| Show GP | No excludes the GP, GP% Variance and Var % columns in report |
| Inc Tax? | Is the Sales Amt to include tax. This is dependent on how the product pricing is setup. |
