A few things to consider/remember when setting pricing up.

  • Price Grids are Imported with a START date and your prices / costs will start from the date you enter. This means that you can get ready for a Price increase before it happens and BUZ will automatically change to your new prices on your selected date.

  • Importing pricing "Inc" or "Exc" GST depends on what is setup as the tax rate for you inventory group/inventory items. Check the tax rate before updating pricing.

  • Price can be imported with or with decimal places, this can be set in step 4. when importing the Price grids.

  • Having a zero (0.00) Price indicates that the size is not available so it may be necessary to add width and drop 1 less than the minimum with 0.00 Price to stop orders for that size and less.

  • If you want the order to still happen but with a zero amount, 0.01 will round to zero but still allow the order to be processed.

  • Ensure that all numbers in the Drop, Width and Depth are whole numbers, Decimal's will not work in the blue area's.

  • Price grid code can only contain letters and numbers, no spaces or special characters (!@#,.-_ etc)

The code should be 4-8 characters long

  • No labels
