Approve Selected Button Button
Users can approve orders that require a Minimum Deposit, Discount Approval, or Credit approval. This can be done individually, or you can select multiple rows and bulk update them.
Cancel Orders
Users can cancel quotes by selecting the Quote tab, selecting the orders and then selecting the Cancel Icon. This can be done individually, or you can select multiple rows and bulk update them.
You can not cancel a quote with a payment allocated; a notification message will let you know which order has a payment if any exists.
Update Selected
Orders with the same Function can be updated on this screen. This can be done individually, or you can select multiple rows and bulk update them.
This could be useful where you have set up an Email on status change, which, if done correctly, can send out an email to your customers reminding them of their order, or if you are having a sale or anything you would like to inform them about.
