Licenses
With BUZ5 you now have the ability to manage your licenses and users.
You can access your License current details: Settings → Users → License Details
or through your Organisational Details: Settings → Organisation Details → License Details
You will see a total number of current licenses and can invite users as you want.
To invite a user go to Settings → Users → Invite User
Administrator User License
Office Admins can have but not limited to full organisation access. Meaning if a user is assigned this role they have have full access to your organisations system depending on the group access provided.
Sales Representative User License (Sales Reps)
A sales rep licence / role limits a user to only access Quotes & Orders that are assigned to them only.
Installer User License (Installers)
A Installer licence / role limits a user to only access Orders that are assigned to them only.
Scanning Station User License
A Scanning station licence / role limits a user to only access Job Tracking / Dispatch scanning for production.
Leads Taker User License
A leads license/ role limits a user to only access the Leads/ leads calendar to create leads and edit lead appointments. Note: This is billed the same as scanning station licenses.
Customer User License
A customer licence / role limits a user to only access Quotes and Orders that are placed for that customers assigned company.

Inviting Users
Settings → Users → Invite User → Fill in the required fields * = which fields are required to save a user. → Save User

Example of User Resource Mapping
Customer's Name → Company Name → required for Customer User
Select Sales Representative → Sales Representative → required for Sales Representative Group → this links to the required Sales Rep calendar
Select Installer → Installer → required for Installers Group
Resending a customer invite
Settings → Users → Click on the required user (Full Name) → Scroll to the bottom of the user details screen → Resend Invitation Button
Accept Invite
Once the invite is sent the user will be sent an email (as per below), the user will need to accept the invite and create their password.
If the user does not receive the email (for some unknown reason) you can go back into the user and "resend invite"
Groups
Groups are used to manage your user permissions, set up a group with access to only the areas of BUZ needed.
The standard groups set up in BUZ are a guide and can be updated as required.
Creating a new group go to Settings → Users → Group

Step 3.
Allocate the permissions to the group
Settings → Users → Group → Click on group you wish to update → Update the permissions
To update the permissions you click on the green tick (has access) to mark it with a red X (no access)
Update the Group Name
Settings → Users → Group → Click on group you wish to update → Edit the group details as required.
Delete a group
Settings → Users → Group → Click on group you wish to update → Delete
Who can see Cost in Quoting
Administrator Users that have access to Settings are the only ones that can see the cost in Quoting.
If you don't want your user to see this, UN-tick settings

Deactivate Users
To Deactivate a User follow the instructions below:
- Go to Settings → Users
- Select the User that you wish to Deactivate
- Then click the Active button on the right of the user
The user will become Inactive and move to the Deactivated users filter
Reactivate Deactivated Users
To reactivate deactivated users follow the instructions below:
- Go to Settings → Users
- Update the filter to Deactivated users
- Select the User that you wish to Reactivate
- Then click the Inactive button on the right of the user
