Discount groups allow Customers or Customer Groups to have Customer Discounts that only apply to them
If you are a retailer and don’t have multiple customer groups you can still apply discounts for the 1 group. Customers use this feature to setup their marketing campaigns
Creating Customer Discounts;
- Add Customer Discount groups (Settings-> Sales Settings-> Discount Groups)
2. Add Inventory Discount groups (Settings-> Inventory Settings-> Import Export Inv Settings-> Export inv discount groups)2.
3. Add Discounts (Settings-> Inventory Settings-> Discount groups-> Import/Export)
