Installers

This would include delivery drivers.For installer setup see-> Installers

Note - for any changes Column E needs to be completed.

A - Added - E - Edited - D - Deleted

Installer Exceptions

Dates that Installer will have a different capacity to their standard daily capacity.
E.G below; Holidays 1/9,7/9,23/8,21/8 the installer is not working as there are 0 installation hours.
This exception then appears in the dispatch scheduling screen if you click "Show Exception"

Which Inventory Groups can the Installer install.


Installer Areas

Areas serviced by each installer/Dispatch. 

Using the Areas that are serviced by each Delivery and Installer this may be one of or many Areas.

The areas are setup in Sales settings first and then allocated to the installer through this export. See setup of areas→ Import Export Sales Settings

Dispatch Status

List of status for Despatch/ Installs and the sequence they apply from Unconfirmed to Completed Dispatch Status

Job Tracking Exceptions

Dates that Jobs, particularly Production jobs, will have a different capacity to their standard daily capacity.

 

To allow customers to enter orders but for them not to fall on the days that you have holidays or closed

 

  • Settings
  • Workflow timing…….
  • Export Import Workflow Timing Settings
  • Download current layouts and select Job Tracking Exceptions

Enter your information Production Line Code, Production Date, Capacity, Description, Is Current, Operation 

Note: the Operation is "A" for adding a new exception, a Pkid will be created by BUZ so do not fill this in. In the example above i have used the ALL Production Line Code as this reflects all Production lines. If you have different Production lines away at different times you will need to add them individually.

 Job Tracking Status

Status for order in jobs and production.

 Job Tracking Process

Processes mainly apply to manufacturing where multiple Production Lines converge at a single operation such as fabric cutting.

 Job Tracking Line

This is areas that Jobs need to be tracked by such as suppliers and production lines.

 Job Tracking Cut Off Times

This is used where same day or next day delivery is offered to set the latest an order can be received for production that day
