Licenses

Manage who has access to your organisation.

Everyone that logs into BUZ requires user access.

There are various levels of access being

  • Admin

  • Sales

  • Installer

  • Scanning Station

  • Customer

These permissions can be further restricted if the User does not require access to particular areas.

Licenses

With BUZ, you can manage your licenses and users.

You can access your current License

Administrator User License 

Office Admins can have but are not limited to full organisation access.

Example of User Resource Mapping

Customer's Name  → Company Name (from the customer card) → required for Customer User. Click here for a step by step guide on how to invite a new customer user to BUZ.

Resending a customer invite

Settings → Users → Click on the required user (Full Name) → Scroll to the bottom of the user details screen → Resend Invitation Button

Accept Invite

Once the invite is sent the user will be sent an email (as per below), the user will need to accept the invite and create their password.

If the user does not receive the email (for some unknown reason) you can go back into the user and "resend invite"

Groups

Groups are used to manage your user permissions, set up a group with access to only the areas of BUZ needed. 

The standard groups set up in BUZ are a guide and can be updated as required.

Creating a new group go to Settings → Users → Group

Allocate the permissions to the group

Settings → Users → Group → Click on group you wish to update → Update the permissions

To update the permissions you click on the green tick (has access) to mark it with a red X (no access)

Update the Group Name 

Settings → Users → Group → Click on group you wish to update → Edit the group details as required.

Delete a group

Settings → Users → Group → Click on group you wish to update → Delete

Who can see Cost in Quoting

Administrator Users that have access to Settings are the only ones that can see the cost in Quoting.

If you don't want your user to see this, UN-tick settings

Deactivate Users

To Deactivate a User follow the instructions below:

  • Go to Settings → Users
  • Select the User that you wish to Deactivate
  • Then click the Active button on the right of the user

The user will become Inactive and move to the Deactivated users filter

Reactivate Deactivated Users

To reactivate deactivated users follow the instructions below:

  • Go to Settings → Users
  • Update the filter to Deactivated users
  • Select the User that you wish to Reactivate
  • Then click the Inactive button on the right of the user

Attaching a Calendar to a User profile.

Plan your day with a calendar. Users can have a Sales, Installer or both types of calendars if they wish.

Selecting a Calendar in the User profile will restrict the Orders and appointments that the user can see.
