   2. If by Suburb
      1. Check who the installer is by Suburb, Post Code and State
   3. If by Post Code (This was developed for the UK but can be used by anyone. For the UK it splits the post code into 2 with the space to use only the first part of the post code to lookup)
      1. Check who the installer is by Post Code only
   4. Check Skills
   Note: if you are setup by post code and if the postcode is on 2 different Areas (Runs) it will select the Installer allocated to the area with the lowest Seq number first) 
2. Check Is a pickup location ? Does deliveries or is a courier ?
