Creating a New Quote
...
- Click the down arrow at the right hand end of the button and select Start New Quote.
To Create a Quote from a Sales Rep's Calendar open BUZ
...
→ Calendar
- Select the Rep Calendar you want to create a Lead from (if you are the Rep only your calendar will appear and will default to day view)
- Click Right click on the Lead and Select Open to to check the Customer Card then select Start New Quote
- or Simply Double click on the Lead and Select Start New Quote
- Type in a Reference and the select Next
- Select the Product you want and answer the Product Questions
From the Dashboards & Customer Contact
- Quoting & Ordering click + New Sale at top left
- From the Main Dashboard click + New Sale at top right
- From the Customer Card + New Sale at top right
From an Existing Quote → Copy Feature
...
- Click on the link Start New Quote
- Your Date, Branch, Sales Representative, Tax and Customer will automatically be populated, these can be edited if required
- Type in a Reference and the select Next
- Select the Product you want and answer the Product Questions
