Job sheets have a few factors that make them work, if something is not completed or not done correctly there is potenial that this will affect something else.

This page will show you a few common issues that can occur.

Symptoms

  • Can not download the Jobsheet (PDF)
  • The Jobsheet contains customer information but no product information
  • Job tracking status is not present

Cause - Group has not been allocated a Job tracking line

Solution - Go to Settings → Inventory settings → Groups Tab → Select the product that you are ordering 

Scroll down to the Job Tracking (Default) heading and select the appropriate job tracking line and Save the change at the bottom.

Symptoms

  • Can not download Job sheet (PDF)
  • Can not Download Job sheet (Excel)

Cause - Job sheet has not been uploaded

Solution - Go to Settings → Inventory settings → Groups Tab → Select the product that you are ordering 

Scroll down to the Heading "Job Sheet"

Select your file

Save

Symptoms

  • Too many products in both Job sheets
  • Cell's in the Job sheet (PDF) dont follow formatting
  • upon inspection of the Job sheet (Excel) Formula's are not in the correct order or are duplicating

Cause - Data Settings Table is not aligned with the Job sheet table

It may seem trivial but we need to set the area that is populated by BUZ

If there is an order with more products than the job sheet table represents BUZ will Duplicate the "Last Row" so that the extra products show on the Job sheet. If there is any data below the "Last Row" as stated in the Data Settings Table BUZ will not recognise the formulas and push them down, but still populate them with information as they still contain a formula.

Note: This is not a mistake, nor will it be changed to automatically fix the issue above as you may want to have a field underneath the Table for other information.

Solution - Either add the extra rows to the Data Settings Tab or remove the Formula's from the Job Sheet Table
