To provide a person or company with access to your “Company profile” you need to setup a Customer card and Create a User account for them.

Customer Card

First you need to setup a Customer card, this will create a profile for the contact details including Billing and Delivery addresses.

User Access

Once you have done that you then need to send them an invite to be able to log in. The person accessing your account may not be the same address that the quotes/confirmations and invoices go to so you have the ability to change that here.

Once you save the user BUZ will send the customer an email

They will need to click on the “Accept Invite” link within 48 hours of receiving the email.

If the customer does not login within the 48hrs you may need to resend the invitation in the User section.

If this is their first time logging into BUZ they will be prompted with a “Set Password” page

If they already order from another supplier in BUZ or have their own BUZ Software account they will not be required to set a password and can login as normal.

When they login they will be sent to the home page and can change organisations here.

At any time they can select the Account Icon and select My BUZ to get to this page.
