To turn of Multi-Factor Authentication for a user, go to:
Settings → Users → select the required user → scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Turn off multi-Factor Authentication → Save User

If you are the only admin user or the only user with access to the Users area, you will still need to contact BUZ Support at support@buzsoftware.com.auIf you belong to an organization that has force enabled MFA, you cannot turn off MFA.
If you have forgotten your Authenticator password, your phone is lost or stolen, or you’ve deleted your authenticator app, contact your organization admin to reset your MFA.
MFA can only be turned off if an organization has not force enabled MFA
To turn off MFA, you must first login to BUZ. Go to My Profile:
