Fabrics and / or Materials

The most common Inventory item in BUZ

There is a dedicated Setup for these as there is a comprehensive reporting tool that allow you as a user to see materials or Fabrics are selling the most.

The other reason it is important to use the main three questions is that you will also have access to change these options easily.

Fabric lists have 3 main fields, which are customisable so you can change the name of the type of question but as a default we populate

Fabric
Fabric type and
Colour

If you are an existing customer your existing Inventory Items from BUZ and update/copy the details from the fabric BUZ format template file.

You will need to update the spreadsheet tab name to be your Inventory Group Code.

You can fill in all the fields if you wish, but if you just want to get the data in there to start off with the only Fields you need to fill out is the

DescnPart1 (Material)
DescnPart2 (Material Types)
DescnPart3 (Colour)

I know that it has Material, material type and colour, but these are the default examples, you can change the fields in the Group

You also need to enter a Tax rate, generally GST in column L and

complete the operation field in Column AO

A - Add
E - Edit
D - Deactivate

How do I populate the table

Each line is a separate material option

If you have different colours you will have to enter that in each line

If you have different material types, again you will need to specify that and each colour for the material type

As an example I have a fabric range called Broome, it comes in both Light filtering and Blockout material, this is how I would enter it in
