Data needed for setup. All data should be in Excel sheets using the templates downloaded from BUZ.
Leads
- Product Groups: Abbreviation (Code) and description.
- Branches
- Sales Representatives with Branch
- Exceptions e.g. Public Holidays
- For Reps Territories Suburbs need to be grouped into Areas and Areas assigned to Reps
- Marketing Sources need to be edited to suit current campaigns.
Quoting
- Product Option Templates need to be checked
- Fabrics and colours need to be put in Price Groups for each Inventory Group
- Price Grids
- Cost Grids (Optional)
- Product Option prices.
- Quote Layout(s) edited.
Order Processing / Production
- Edit Job Sheets and Purchase Orders.
- Production Lines and capacities
- Minimum lead times, number of labels.
- Exceptions e.g. Public Holidays
- Production Statuses
- Do you need Production Processes?
- Bill of Materials (Optional)
Installations
- Installers and capacity
- Installer Exceptions e.g. Public Holidays
