Why is my Tax not calculating correctly

I placed an order and for some reason the tax is completely wrong?

This is because the tax rate on one of more items is different.

To fix this you will need to go to the Inventory items area and fix the Inventory that has the incorrect tax rate

Financial Settings

• Tax Rates - Check that you have the correct Types of Tax Rates

Inventory Items

• Download the Inventory lists and ensure that the correct Tax Code is assigned to that item

• You should also ensure that if you have a product that you offer with a type of tax rate, that the inventory items have the same tax rate.

Once you fix the Inventory items and re-upload them to BUZ you will need to Un-invoice the order (if Invoiced) and edit the individual items so that they re calculate the correct tax.
