Why am I getting this error?

Your Xero sales account needs to be setup in your Inventory Group?

Error in accounting provider. Sales Account not selected for Inventory Group (Options)

You need to go to Settings → Inventory Groups → Select the required Inventory Group → Add the required Xero Sales Account

Bank Account

Check that the Bank account details are up to date

Email Address must be valid

Xero requires the email address to be either valid or blank, and will not accept email addresses that are not valid.

Email addresses must contain 3 elements

• Local name
• "@"
• Domain name

Invoice sent to XeroXero: Invoice 11111.A already exists!-11111.A

The invoice number already exists in Xero.

You can only see a Prepayment in xero - have you checked if the invoice has been voided or cancelled in Xero?

If so the invoice will need to be re instated and the payment details manually pushed to Xero.

Settings → BUZ to Xero → 4. Receive Money → use your BUZ Payment receipt number → Post Payment/s

BUZ Payment Receipt number is found on the order summary screen under the Total.
