Basic Requirements

Chrome  30.x

If Java is disabled in Chrome in the right most end of the address you will see this icon with the red X

Click on the icon and choose "Always allow JavaScript on go.buzsoftware.com.au" and Done.

Firefox Mozilla 25.x

To mark BUZ as a trusted site that uses Java and you can make Java work normally on just the BUZ website.

  1. Click the red plugin icon in the address bar and a message panel will open.
  2. In the message panel, click Allow and Remember.

Now, whenever you visit this site, the plugin will automatically run and you won't get the "Click to activate" message.

Unresponsive Script message

If you receive the error below try the following.

Letting the script run longer

To tell Firefox to let the script run longer:

  1. In the Location bar/address, type about:config and press Enter.
  • The about:config "This might void your warranty!" warning page may appear. Click I'll be careful, I promise! to continue to the about:config page.
  1. In the about:config page, search for the preference dom.max_script_run_time, and double-click on it.
  2. In the Enter integer value prompt, type 20.
  3. Press OK.

With scripts now allowed to run for longer times, you may no longer receive the prompt.

If you still get the same error please reset to default value to 10

  1. In the Location bar, type about:config and press Enter.

  2. Right-click on it and choose Reset.

Windows Internet Explorer 11.x

  1. In the Tools drop-down menu, select Internet Options.
  2. Next, select the Security tab.
  3. Then, select the earth (Internet) icon.
  4. Then select the Custom Level button.
  5. Locate Scripting near the bottom of the list.
  6. Under Active Scripting, select Enable, then hit OK.
  7. Answer yes to the following conformation box.
  8. Hit OK to close the Internet Options window.
  9. Finally, hit refresh on your browser window to enjoy the javascript.
