This area allows users to place a new order, search for an order, see orders that need to be followed up, and update their status.
Users can approve orders that require a Minimum Deposit, Discount Approval, or Credit approval. This can be done individually, or you can select multiple rows and bulk update them.
Cancel Orders
Users can cancel quotes by selecting the Quote tab, selecting the orders and then selecting the Cancel Icon. This can be done individually, or you can select multiple rows and bulk update them.
You can not cancel a quote that has a payment allocated, and a notification message will let you know which order has a payment, if any exist.
