Showing Unit pricing
BUZ automatically adds the total for the following pricing:
If you require to show the unit pricing as the Group Options is using the QTY field you can set up your document template to use IF statements in the Merge Fields.
Unit RRP Price
If the quantity is less than zero populate the field with a space otherwise If the RRP is greater than zero populate the field with the RRP/Qty to give the per unit RRP Price.
Unit Amount Price
If the quantity is less than zero populate the field with a space otherwise If the Amount is greater than zero populate the field with the Amount/Qty to give the per unit Amount Price.
Other IF statement examples
If The Inventory Description = Extras populate the field with Freight Charge otherwise populate with Inventory Description and Options Description.
