Do Not Recycle Inventory Items:
If you have old fabrics or materials, deactivate them instead of renaming them to a new colour or range. Renaming existing items can affect all current and previous orders, leading to inconsistencies.
Adding New Items: When introducing a new colour or range, add these as new items and deactivate the old ones. Keep in mind that edits to fabrics or materials will not be sent to the retailers, so they will only see the original name/title.
