BUZ Pricing has several facets that go together to make up the final price. They are applied in the order below so a combination of 1, 2 and 3 is not unusualpossible. Methods 4 and 5 would usually override 1, 2 and 3.

  1. Price Grids using the Width, Height and Depth to search a 3 dimensional grid. For a 2 dimension grid use a depth of zero (0).
  2. Pricing Coefficients, a price for:
    1. Each
    2. Width
    3. Height
    4. Depth - See using x Qty (1 is assumed if not entered)
    5. Price per metre for ItemWidth.
    6. Price per metre for ItemHeight
    7. Price per metre for ItemDepth (See Using Depth in other ways belowArea)
    8. Price per square metre for ItemWidth x ItemHeight
    9. Percentage increase on main item's price
    10. Minimum Price
  3. Discount Grids are applied using a combination of Inventory Discount Group and Customer Discount Group.
  4. Scripted Pricing: This has to be written by a BUZ programmer if there is not a script already written for the desired function.
  5. Price can be entered as part of the quote either as the RRP (before any discounts) or as Amt (after discounts).
