| Awaiting Check Measure | All jobs that have a job tracking status function of "Awaiting Check measure" |
| Pending | Jobs pending with a status/function of "Unstarted" scheduled in the past (past 12 months) |
| Work in Progress | Jobs in progress with status/functions of "Commenced" |
| Scheduled | Jobs scheduled both "Unstarted" and "Commenced" status, for the future |
Job Tracking Views
The criteria for the view is set and then each of the 3 views can be selected to view the search results.

Bulk update Job Tracking lines by ticking the ones you want to update and clicking the “Update Selected” button at the top.
This allows you to change the status of multiple items in one go.
