Settings → Sales Settings → Click + New Rep.. to add or click on the Reps name to edit. This is the entry for their calendar.
For each Rep enter:

- Enter a Private Appointment through Leads
- Enter an Individual Sales Rep Exception.
- Enter an ALL Exception using the Sales Rep "ALL" This used for public holidays and meeting rather than have to enter it on each Rep.
Ensure the Sales Rep user is linked to the calendar when inviting the new sales rep to BUZ.
Settings → Users → Invite Users or click on the existing sales user. More help can be found here on BUZ users.
