• Type in the address and details
• Select “NEXT” and you will be prompted to select an existing Customer if there is one with any of the same Address or Details

• Fill in the Products they are interested in and the Product Survey

• Now you can choose a Rep, Date, Start and Finish Time and add any notes about the Quote IE: We are the second company to Quote
  Select “NEXT”Image Added
• You will be taken to the Summary page where you can  “Schedule and Start a new Quote” or “Schedule and Start a New Lead”

 To Create a Private Appointment open BUZ OnDemand -> Sales -> Leads

• Select "Calendar"  
• Then Select "New Private Appointment"
• Type in the Rep, Date, Time and Description of Private Appointment and Save

Lead Colours

• A Lead will show on the calendar in Yellow
• A Private Appointment will show on the Calendar in Orange
