My handheld scanner wont scan BUZ jobtracking or dispatch status barcodes

Scan the barcodes from top to bottom to configure the handheld scanner.

This should set the handheld scanner to read Interleaved 2 of 5 (I2of5) if this does not work you may have to source the manual for the scanner you have purchased and set the language yourself.
