This page is to show you where the notes show after inputting them in to a new or existing lead

Subject / Description / Notes field

Lead Summary Screen note will only appear in this screen

No date, time or user data will be associated with this and if updated will not show a history of the previous notes.

History & Notes area

Notes entered here will show when the notes was added and which user added it, the data will show a history of any notes added.
