Rebook Facility

To Rebook an appointment with a lead

Sales (Tab at the top) → Leads → Search

Either select the tab status you are following up or Search for the customer directly in the search bar

Once the search finds the Lead you wish to Rebook, select the lead 

Click the arrow next to Schedule and select Rebook. Now you can re schedule the appointment.
